Assassination Records Doug Horne

Doug Horne is a Navy veteran of twenty years. He started out with the Assassination Records and Review
Board as a staffer in 1995, and gradually took on a more prominent role, winding up as Chief Analyst for
Military Records. He was responsible for questioning all the crucial autopsy witnesses, including the doctors who performed it. He also performed an authenticity study of the Zapruder film. His work was included in Jim Fetzer’s compilation book, Murder in Dealey Plaza.

The massive five-volume work, Inside the Assassination Records Review Board: The U.S. Government’s Final Attempt to Reconcile the Conflicting Medical Evidence in the Assassination of JFK, was published in 2009.

Doug and Donald Jeffries talk about the undeniable contradictions in the autopsy evidence, leading to the inescapable conclusion that the photos and x-rays in the official record are not legitimate. The whole
debate over the alteration of the Zapruder film is discussed in depth. Doug explains how he was literally the
only staffer on the ARRB who was interested in finding out the truth about the assassination. Doug Horne
rarely gives interviews, and this is a fascinating look at a researcher whose crucial contributions have been largely ignored by the critical community.
